Welcome to KleanSmart. By accessing our website (kleansmart.com) or utilizing our dry cleaning, laundry, or alteration services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services provided by KleanSmart, or by dropping off garments at our facility or through our 24-hour drop-off window, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. Services Provided

KleanSmart offers professional garment care, including but not limited to:

  • Dry Cleaning and Pressing.

  • Wash & Fold laundry.

  • Household item cleaning (bedding, curtains, etc.).

  • Alterations and Tailoring.

  • Specialty cleaning (leather, suede, wedding gowns).

We reserve the right to refuse service for any garment that we deem poses a risk to our equipment, staff, or other customers’ items.

3. Liability Policy & Limitation of Damages

While we exercise the utmost care in processing your garments, KleanSmart operates under the following liability standards:

  • Inherent Risks: We are not responsible for damage resulting from inherent manufacturer defects, normal wear and tear, weak buttons, fading, or items with missing or incorrect care labels.

  • Limitation of Liability: In the unlikely event of loss or damage caused by our proven negligence, our liability is strictly limited to an amount not to exceed ten (10) times the cleaning cost of the specific item, regardless of the brand, age, or original purchase price.

  • Claim Period: All claims must be reported within 48 hours of garment pickup. Once an item leaves our premises or is removed from its original packaging, it is considered accepted in satisfactory condition.

4. Items Left in Pockets

It is the customer’s sole responsibility to check all pockets before dropping off garments. KleanSmart is not responsible for the loss or damage of valuables (money, jewelry, electronics) or for any damage caused to garments by items left in pockets (e.g., pens, lipstick, gum, or lighters).

5. 24-Hour Express Bag Service

The use of our 24-hour drop-off window is at the customer’s own risk until the garments are retrieved, counted, and checked into our system by our staff during regular business hours. We recommend not placing items of extreme sentimental or financial value in the drop-off box.

6. Unclaimed Items

KleanSmart is not a storage facility. Garments not collected within 30 days of the promised pickup date may be subject to a storage fee. Pursuant to Florida law, items left unclaimed for more than 90 days will be considered abandoned and may be donated to charity or disposed of at the company’s discretion.

7. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Specialty items (leather, suede, wedding gowns, silk) require individual quotes and may involve longer processing times.

  • Payment is due at the time of pickup or as per the agreed-upon terms for corporate accounts.
